The browsing and purchase was without issue. I found La Fuente through a search engine looking for a certain style of tiles. Shopping the site was pretty easy, I thought the information about the product was sufficient to make a enlightened choice. The tiles were package like a Ming vase! If the need arises I will be back.

After initial problems using the La Fuente web site--due to my own ineptness with computer technology, I'm sure--I emailed asking whether or not I had actually placed an order. I received a prompt reply informing me know that I had NOT. I tried again and this time I was successful. Having been forewarned by the web site of possible delays in shipping due to the pandemic, I didn't expect to receive my order any time soon. So, I was thrilled when I received it exactly 1 week from my order date (from CO to SC). The items arrived safely, were exactly what I wanted and as advertised, and I am very pleased with them. I definitely would recommend La Fuente to others!

I ordered two tiles for my address holder. I couldn't find them anywhere! I was very excited that I found them. The service was great, prices were comparable however shipping was equal to cost of tiles.
