This charming rustic furniture piece has been produced with care using new, kiln-dried ponderosa pine. It is finished with a rich, honey-colored furniture wax to bring the wood grain to life.

I ordered a bench, and 5 chairs. A rep called to inform me that one of the chairs was "a little different"... AND sent me photos, and gave me a small discount because of it! Order arrived as advertised. I couldn't be happier and should I need anything again, I would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a large bench. It was received ahead of schedule, wrapped well, and was in excellent condition. I thought shipping charges were high, but other than that, a very smooth experience.

I was pleased with how easy it was to order the products however what I was displeased with was the communication regarding delivery. I was informed that the items would be delivered by Tuesday, Dec. 22 and when I called to find out where they were on Wednesday, Dec. 23 I was informed that the freight company received the billing invoice but no freight. Was told that the representative was out of the office until Monday, Dec. 28. I received a call from the freight company, instead of the representative stating that he was on the way to our location. I informed him that our office is closed on Mondays, which I previously informed the representative to insure that the delivery was not made on a day that we were closed. There was such poor communication, that I was unprepared to receive the items when they were available. Needless to say, we were without our items for one of our biggest weekends, when we thought we would have them.

still no furniture delivered when tracking indicates it has made it to terminal. call road runner and they no nothing and just keep transferring with no answers. i think i have to cancel order. nobody is giving me correct information

We still have not received our shipment. The problem has been with the carrier. I have called several times, and it appears the interest is just to get me off the phone. They did not call for delivery arrangements, I had to call them. The day delivery was to be here, the communication was horrible and almost non existent. Driver called and asked where we were he was at the pickup point when in actuality he was still 40 miles away. He said he had another pickup at 4:00pm and he would call. That call never came, bottom line is we still do not have our benches.

La Fuente was awesome to work with! They extended a sale price to my purchase and were very willing to work with me, and were very responsive!The delivery was speedy, and the delivery guy (not a La Fuente staff, but still represents the purchase) was very helpful. He even hauled away the pallet and packaging. A++
