- All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
- Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 15 or more boxes.
- Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
- The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

Communication was great. They let me aware some of the tile was not available and my order would be delayed. I asked if they would pick out similar tiles to get my order earlier and they did. The tiles came earlier than expected and I love the replacements they picked.

*** was great at helping me when I made a mistake on the order and fixed it immediately & sent a copy of the revised order with the changes..... nothing was broken, shipping was quicker then anticipated.....one problem with the nine pieces , TIL540B, they measured out to be smaller then the other pieces and I couldn't fit them into what I was doing......perhaps I'll use them later somewhere else ........hope I can order again soon.....

I love my tile! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of multiple back orders (on 3 of the tile choices). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my tile. Customer service was excellent. I was notified immediately of the back orders and the process of reselecting was easy.

The order was slow to ship and when it DID finally arrive I found the tile I had ordered had been used elsewhere. It had small chips to the edge color and there was cardboard stuck to the back as if it had been pried off another surface and sent to me as a new tile. Annoying to pay $5.89 to buy and ship a tile and discover it looked like a reject from somebody else's project.
