Install faux wood ceiling beams in a vaulted great room to provide rustic log cabin appeal. Faux ceiling timbers are inexpensive, lightweight and less expensive than natural wood beams. Create an accent wall by affixing faux wood wall panels or planks over drywall. They are lightweight, easy to install and have the look of natural wood."
