Garden Planters: One Talavera or Two?

July 31, 2015

What is that you say? Yes choose one Talavera wall planter or two, or three. Mix and match it's ok, there are no rules. Talavera planters provide the perfect backdrop for flowers, herbs, small shrubs, hanging plants or succulents. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns will highlight the verdant hues of all your garden plants.

Place them on a piece of worn barn wood in a row. Or maybe place four in a square configuration on a wall and call it an herb garden. There are so many ways to display these artistic accents to your décor. Be creative no matter how they are displayed they will always stand out quite literally. Indoors or out they bring a unique flavor to the room or outdoor living space.

Maybe you are not into watering plants at all. Again using the "put it on the board theory", instead of putting a plant inside the planter try putting a battery operated candle or tea light (you may want to put tea light in a small glass tea light cup) and watch them glow.

Go ahead, think outside the box.

Hand-painted in Dolores Hidalgo, the ceramic of these Talavera wall planters embodies the classic charm of Mexican Talavera. Using natural clay and high-fire techniques, these planters are suitable for both indoor and outdoor usage.

Available in three sizes the Talavera wall planters all feature mounting holes on the back and a convenient drain hole to keep the soil properly drained. Drain holes can also be used for feeding wire through and attach decorative beads for an added accent. Holes are also useful to hang planters from chain.

Find the style and design that speaks to you and let the bright colors of Mexico breathe life into your plants and garden decor! So make sure you plan your space and order multiple shapes and sizes for that special finishing touch.
