What do Coffee Tables, Ottomans, and Footrests Have in Common
April 18, 2016
Although each of these furniture pieces' usage can be found while eating, resting or as decoration, they can all be used for the same purposes. If you really want to be trendy, think about other things that can be used in place of store bought ones. One idea is to fix up and paint an old cellar door for a coffee table! Another idea that is becoming very popular is to use a tree stump as a side table or footrest. A simple, yet often looked over idea, is for small family rooms. If you are strapped for space in your family room think about adding a shelf to the bottom of your coffee table if it doesn't already have one.
The Hacienda Coffee Table is a unique piece in our Southwest Furniture Collection. This hand-made table from Mexico in the style of old-world craftsmen to produce warm and welcoming rustic furniture that is solidly built to last a lifetime. Created from reclaimed wood and available in your choice of 12 finish colors. This table can be used daily for a wealth of activities taking place in your home.
Ottomans are a low upholstered seat, or footstool, without a back or arms that typically serves also as a box, with the seat hinged to form a lid. Footrests are a support for the feet or a foot, used when sitting.
Storage trunks are also a useful piece of furniture that can be used for a coffee table, ottoman or footrest in just about any room of your home.
