- What are your hours of operation?
La Fuente Imports is available by telephone to provide customer support for on-line customers from 9am to 6pm (MST) Monday thru Friday, and 10:30am to 5:30pm (MST) on Saturdays.

- What are the delivery costs for furniture?
Furniture delivery is available to most areas of the United States for $129 or less, regardless of the size of your order. Some areas of the U.S., such as the Pacific Northwest and upper Northeast, may be more expensive to service. Most accessories, trunks, small cabinets, chairs, barstools, nightstands, end tables, and some coffee tables are small enough to be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground Service for considerably less than $129. Your exact shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout. You may also call us toll-free at 1-888-622-0939 to speak with a customer service representative during regular business hours.

- How do I order online?
We strive to make it as simple as possible for customers to order online. To begin, go to any product photo that interests you and click the "Add to Cart" button. Continue to add items to your cart until you have finished shopping. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart and follow the prompts until all required information has been provided and your order is complete. You may also call us toll-free at 1-888-622-0939 to place your order, or fax your order to 1-719-227-3953. - What should I expect to happen when I place an order online?
Once your online order has been submitted you will receive confirmation via E-mail acknowledging receipt of the order. Non-furniture purchases will be processed within 48 hours and shipped by UPS or FedEx for delivery to most areas of the U.S. within 7 business days. Furniture orders should be delivered within 21 days via the most cost-effective method. For more information of ordering please refer to our section on Ordering Conditions.

- Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Our site is designed for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. Some browsers (including Internet Explorer 3.0, Netscape Navigator 3.0, AOL 3.0, and WebTV) may experience technical difficulties with online ordering. We recommend downloading Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, or Firefox 2.0 or later to fully experience our site.

- How do I know if ordering online is secure? What are you going to do with my name and contact information?
We encrypt all personal information, including your credit card number, when transmitting your online order over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page. To insure that these pages are secure look at the top of your browser to see if the URL starts with https:// rather than the traditional http://. The "s" in https:// means the page is secure. - Why is my shopping cart empty?
Your browser may be configured to refuse "cookies". Our site uses cookies to retain items added to your cart and to keep orders "attached" to the correct shopper. Cookies save you from having to re-type personal information every time you order an item. If you are having problems ordering you should change your browser preferences to accept cookies. - Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted.

- Can items be shipped internationally?
Yes. Please call us in the United States at 719-329-0939 or send E-mail with your complete shipping address and the list of items that interest you. We will respond with an accurate delivery cost.

- Are gift-wrapping and gift cards available for products I buy online?
We do not presently offer gift-wrapping for online purchases, however we are happy to include a gift card.
