Select pieces of our Cactus Collection furniture line now feature Brazilian slate stone inlay. Hand-selected slabs of colorful slate are imported from Brazil and used as accent pieces on the furniture tops. The deep tones of the slate contrast with the bright pine and cactus colors to produce a truly exotic look. The stone pieces are also bordered on all sides by solid oak accent planks to produce even more visual depth.
Big, beautiful and very affordable: use this rustic Southwestern cactus and slate inlay sideboard in your dining room or kitchen. Place utensils in the two drawers and china in the cabinet. Be creative and use it in a bedroom as a small bureau; put folded clothing in the cabinet and lingerie in the drawers. You'll appreciate the fine craftsmanship of this lovely piece of furniture. Handmade in Chile.

Description
Materials
Each unique piece in our Cactus Collection furniture line has been crafted with care using a combination of new, kiln-dried Insigne pine from the wet regions of southern Chile, and genuine Quisco cactus inlay planks from northern Chile's Atacama Desert. The natural death of cactus wood takes years, and during this period of decay its exposure to sun, wind and sand gives the cactus wood its diverse character and color tones. This complexity contrasts beautifully with the simple grains and colors of the pine, and the unique styling will compliment all rustic, western, southwestern and lodge décor themes. All iron and hardware is hand-forged with a distressed, rust-colored finish, and all construction is tongue and groove. The pine framework is finished in a natural-colored stain, and the cactus inlay planks are polished to accentuate their natural patterns. A polyurethane coating is applied at the end of the manufacturing process to further protect and beautify each piece. Every piece also carries a one-year limited warranty, and unlike other on-line stores we try to keep all items in constant stock for delivery to your home or office in just 2-3 weeks.
