- To determine your shipping charge, simply add items that interest you to
the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart.
Delivery fees are most affordable if everything in your order originates from the same warehouse. The shopping cart will inform you if items in your cart originate from more than one warehouse.
You may also send Email or call us toll-free at 1-888-622-0939 to speak with a customer service representative during normal business hours.

- Furniture orders are shipped via motor freight from warehousing points around the country. Most items are kept in stock
and shipped within 10 business days of your order. Out of stock items and custom orders may require an additional 2-6 weeks to ship.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the backorder time before processing your order. Most areas of the U.S.
are serviced within one week of the ship date. International transit times should be discussed with a customer service representative.
Web site prices do not include shipping charges, however these charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart.

- Non-furniture orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service from Colorado Springs,
CO, unless noted otherwise. Web site prices do not include courier shipping charges, however these charges are calculated automatically
at the time of checkout. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within three working days of your order, and most areas of the U.S.
are serviced within one week of the ship date via FedEx Ground Service. International transit times should be discussed with a customer
service representative. One-of-a-kind items are subject to prior sale. We will inform you of your options via E-mail if an item you have
requested is no longer available or is on backorder.

- The cancellation or return of furniture orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The cancellation or return of custom-made or "Special Order" items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

- Unless specific arrangements with La Fuente Imports have been made, delivery fees cover service to your curbside or driveway only. Freight charges do not include service inside your home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. For an extra fee, the exact amount depending on the services required, inside delivery can be arranged with the majority of freight companies used by La Fuente Imports. Please discuss all additional delivery services and applicable fees with the independent freight company when they call to schedule delivery. If necessary, La Fuente Imports can provide pricing information for special services including inside delivery, but is not responsible for the quality of service experienced by customers who request such services from the independent freight companies. Nor is La Fuente Imports financially responsible for shipping delays beyond our standard shipping times.

- We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged
(e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival.
Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the driver has left,
please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery).
In the case of noted damage, La Fuente Imports will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send
replacements to you. In the case of concealed damage, the customer may be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the damage.
