- All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
- Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 18 or more boxes.
- Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
- The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

*** I thought they were fairly well packed but both samples arrived in several broken pieces.I am reluctant to order more tile through the mail for fear that more than half of it will arrive broken.

Purchased individual pieces of Talavera tiles in different designs and solid colors for planning a kitchen back-splash. One tile was back ordered for several weeks. I received a very nice call about how I wanted to handle the order. Several weeks later I decided to order more of one design and solid colors to hep with layout decisions. I had called and spoke with *** about what I was looking to do. Great customer service. She called back after order was placed to discuss another color as a place holder for a sample I wanted. Will be purchasing tile once we get kitchen plans done. Tile was well packaged and shipped immediately.

Excellent customer service! I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. We even decided to use one of the other sizes she sent instead of the original we were going to choose, so I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. Will definitely recommend them!

We were extremely disappointed in this order. I had specifically called to make sure the tiles were exactly 4" square, as written in the catalog. I was assured that they were 4", but that they could vary up to 1/8". The tiles arrived and most were 4 3/8". Because our table top we are making was made to handle exactly 4" tiles, these are now useless to us. We are trying to finagle ways to make them work, but are not having a lot of luck. Also, I was disappointed in the quality of the tiles. They appear "warped" when looking at them horizontally. I am very disappointed - especially since I had specifically to verify size. We are not sure what we will do now...

I was told by email my product was shipped and would take 2-3 days to get to me. But that did not happen I waited to finish my project thinking the tiles would be here the i received an email of shipment the next week. Any how i got it all done.
