- All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
- Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 15 or more boxes.
- Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
- The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

The order confirmation email showed incorrect quantities from what I had ordered. I tried to call and speak to someone but could not get through to anyone, maybe due to cover-19. I was able to sign into my order on the La Fuente site and saw my order was correct. I was contacted by email from April who worked with me to tweak my order due to a few out of stock tiles. They arrived quickly and are gorgeous!!! I am very happy!

The shipment arrived on time it was very well packed as far as I know so far, because I have not opened both boxes . I discovered that althoug the tile is beautiful the color does not match the color on the web page from where I ordered it. The color that I thought would be getting is gray on the edges and the flower in the middle is orange. The color I got is blue on the edges, and the flower is yellow. Otherwise, I would be entirely happy with this shipment.

Quick delivery and we were pleasantly surprised that all tile arrived in tact. He tile is beautiful and as represented online. My only complaint was that our tile pattern alternated solid and patterned tile, both 4x4". However, the solid tile was approximately 1/8" smaller than the patterned, making the installation a bit tricky.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were amazing.I had never shopped with them before. However, with any further shopping I will go to their site first !!Their customer services was outstanding. My item was not in stock when I order. I had put in rush order. They called me several times before they reached me; to inform me that my item was not in stock. They had done their own research for other similar items that were in stock that may meet my needs. It did. I was paying an absorbent amount for rush shipping. I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.

The tile I ordered from La Fuente was well priced, attractive, and everything came in one piece. The tiles was packed and sent out quickly, but FedEx was terrible about delivering it. It took three times, even though I was waiting for the order when they said they came by. Not La Fuente's fault, but I would consider upgrading to UPS if I were to order in the future.
