Helpful Information
- All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
- Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 15 or more boxes.
- Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
- The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

I love the tiles I purchased from La Fuente. This is my second order. I placed several tiles in a dirt strip in front of two benches. They add a beautiful pop of color and visitors in my garden always comment on how beautiful the tiles are and how much color they add. I bought more tiles to add to different areas.

The tile selection at La Fuentes is fabulous and I picked out 25.of each of the four different tile designs I liked. They are very well made and packaged for shipping; none of the tiles shipped to me were broken or cracked I will definitely shop here again and again!!!

I originally ordered several samples with most of the tiles in a 4.5" size except the one we liked most which we ordered in the 6" size. Two of the 6 tiles were out of stock and when the order arrives they are all the smaller tiles.I am planning on placing a large order from them, so hope it goes better than the trials did.

I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

I am so pleased with my Talevera tile order! It was shipped quickly and each tile was wrapped carefully to avoid any breakage. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. the tiles are beautiful, but, they are not the size they were supposed to be. Bought 2 of three different tile colors.2 colors off a little. 3rd color smaller yet than others. My husband not happy about that. Making a project that calls for 3 4X4 tiles and he is having to make many adjustments to complete project.

Excellent customer service! I needed samples for a future project, and when certain sizes were on backorder, the representative went through my list and found the patterns in other sizes so I could match colors. We even decided to use one of the other sizes she sent instead of the original we were going to choose, so I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this company. Will definitely recommend them!

It would be helpful if allowed customers to know on your site which of the products are out of stock at the time. I ordered a few things and was in a bit of a rush, and was called a day or two later to tell me that about 4 of the 10 items I ordered weren't available.
