- All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
- Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 15 or more boxes.
- Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
- The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

My husband had been unable to find any colorful tile for a project he had in mind, so I took to the internet, found La Fuente Imports, and ordered some tile for his birthday. I couldn't be more pleased! The order arrived promptly and was packed and protected so well that there was absolutely no damage at all to the tile. Response to emails is slow, I know it’s because of COVID, it they need to improve on that. 1 box of tiles there was 39 broken and I’m still waiting on the replacement tiles

I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

I received this relatively quickly and the tiles were in super condition and so vibrant! The packaging protected the tile without being overly large (fit into my rural mail box). I never had a need to contact the company because everything was well described and delivered as promised.I've decided this is the tile I'll be using for my kitchen backsplash, so I will be ordering from then again when I can get the number of tiles I need. This after an exhausting search.... thank you La Fuente!!!

First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.

The tiles came safely, protectively wrapped. I had them put on the face of my front porch step and they look wonderful.wish I had more places to use more tiles. It was a tough decision picking them out cause they’re all lovely. Thank you!

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

Purchased individual pieces of Talavera tiles in different designs and solid colors for planning a kitchen back-splash. One tile was back ordered for several weeks. I received a very nice call about how I wanted to handle the order. Several weeks later I decided to order more of one design and solid colors to hep with layout decisions. I had called and spoke with *** about what I was looking to do. Great customer service. She called back after order was placed to discuss another color as a place holder for a sample I wanted. Will be purchasing tile once we get kitchen plans done. Tile was well packaged and shipped immediately.

I ordered 27 individual tiles for a project I was working on. They were received in less time than I was expecting and I was very excited when I opened the box! They are BEAUTIFUL! I love how colorful they are. I had ordered a few more than I needed, expecting some to be broken but there was only one tile that had a corner broken, which I will be able to use for something else. I'm very pleased and cannot wait for my next project so I can order more!
