All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.

Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

While the website is useful, I had a problem trying to match up all the different size variations to fit the available box sizes. But the tiles are well displayed and the variety is excellent, so we had no problem finding the perfect tiles for our kitchen counter backsplash. I was very favorably impressed with the speed of my delivery and the customer service people with whom I spoke. The person who helped me several times spoke much better English than the foreign customer service people I often encounter at other companies. For anyone planning a project requiring decorative or color tile, I highly recommend La Fuente

When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

I highly recommend La Fuente tiles. I ordered a box of 70 tiles and 3 had chips in the glaze. They promptly offered to replace them or refund me for the amount. I chose replacement. They shipped the 3 new out immediately. This business is efficiently run. They know how to treat a customer. Of course, I will be back!
