Materials
Every charming piece in our Rustic Pine Furniture Collection is produced with care from newly milled and kiln-dried Ponderosa pine. The pieces are finished with an antique brown furniture wax to accentuate the wood's natural grain, and all door and drawer pulls are hand-forged wrought iron with a chocolate finish.

I had ordered two dressers and a sofa table. The order process was just fine. When I unpacked and opened the furniture yesterday , I noticed that one of the draw fronts was damaged and broken. Please let me know how to go about getting this replaced. I can send pics if you would like .Thanks,***

I'm a big fan of rustic and southwest furniture and this is my favorite furniture store in Colorado. I've ordered all my pieces online and couldn't be more pleased with my experiences.The furniture is well-crafted and beautiful for the prices I paid. Most importantly, the customer service is FANTASTIC. I've worked with *** in Operations to coordinate deliveries and exchanges and he couldn't work harder to make his customers happy.Their website frequently runs great promos so be patient when placing an online order. I just ordered a bedroom suite of rustic pine furniture for my daughter's for a steal. And don't hesitate to call or email customer service for photos and measurements of pieces before ordering as there can be small differences between the stock photos and the actual pieces in stock. The staff will respond promptly and will patiently answer any and all questions.You can make large purchases from La Fuente Imports with confidence, and I'll happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

I paid extra for the in home delivery. They said expect to hear from someone within 48hrs of the furniture being delivered to their warehouse. and if you don't hear then call then after 2 days. The furniture was delivered on Monday jan 18th. I called on Friday Jan 22nd. they gave me a number to call and ask for ***. I called twice that day and the following day and all 3 times was told they would give ***my message and he will call me back. As of today I have not heard anything. My furniture was delivered to the warehouse 7 days ago and I have no plan to get it delivered to me.
