The large planters look wonderful. They were difficult to install as the holes are too low from the top to allow any kind of hook. And because they are not even (on one planter the one hole is 3/4 inch higher than the other) a lot of careful calculations need to be made to get the holes drilled to make them straight and to match the two. But using concrete screw bolts with washers and using a wrench I was able to install them (you can't use a screwdriver because there's not enough room inside the planter. I was going to add a picture, but don't see how to do that.

The customer service gentleman returned my call - in order very promptly. I received the La Fuente outdoor wall planter 1 day earlier which was fine with me ! It would be helpful to enclose instructions in how to hang this ceramic wall planter, as it is not only heavy , but a narrow opening for using a screw driver . We finally used 2 short eye screw bolts to fasten it to the clapboard siding . It is very attractive , ready for spring flowers . Thank you . Kathy

I was very impressed with the customer service at La Fuente. When the item I ordered was out of stock, they immediately contacted me to let me know that the particular piece I wanted would not be available for at least two months since the products come directly from Mexico. I was given the choice to cancel my order or to select a similar piece of pottery. She even gave me suggestions to pieces that were close to what I had originally wanted. My wife and I are thrilled with what we received and look forward to ordering more pieces.

Excellent customer service. My order arrived quickly with no damage even though I had several delicate items. I will be ordering from this site again and highly recommend the products and service. Great care was taken to pack my items that were shipped across the US to Wisconsin.

Items arrived in one piece. Very well-packaged and fairly fast.I was disappointed that some items did not look like what I had ordered. Especially one which was supposed to be turquoise and is certainly anything but.That had to be said, but I will also have to say that I am not returning anything and will order again :-)
