When we got our mirror it had really been damaged in transit. A tile fell off and there were lots of dings on the metal edges.When I called customer service, the representative was amazing. Knew who I was and my order I am as sing from my phone number. Made it easy to return the mirror.

When I received a damaged item (damage caused by shipping), they immediately shipped a replacement for me, and kept me informed every step of the way. The item received was exactly as described and even thought it could be purchased form anywhere else, the pricing was competitive.
