Description

These elaborate carved representations of one of Mexico's most famous religious icons, San Francisco, have long been used in Mexico's churches and on altars. Each handmade San Francisco has been beautifully adorned with tiny brass figures known as "milagros" and is holding a rosary. The numerous tiny images nailed into each piece represent prayers and thanks for life's tiny miracles and gifts of heaven.
