The table and chairs are beautiful but the chairs are not real comfortable because the backs are totally straight, not tapered as usual in chairs.It took quite awhile for the product to ship after I ordered it. Except for these two items, I would rate this product and service as a 5.

The chairs are great - they are really sturdy and the seat is large, perfect for the rough ones in the family. Im sure they will last for multiple generations. the carvings and the colors are beautiful.
