House number tiles are beautiful, but very disappointing that the “May we suggest” metal frame for the tiles comes only in 15” and 18” widths. I have a 2 number house address, and bought 2 number tiles and 2 end tiles, so I need a frame/tile holder that is 15” wide. Frustrating!

While 5 tiles I ordered are very beautiful the black frame is junk. I followed the assembly directions but some of the already intact screws were not evenly screwed in. Thus I was not able to fit the end parts of the frame past the protruding screws. I also was not able to unscrew or screw the pieces to accommodate the frame. The other side pieces were also bent. Huge hassle to repackage and return. Looks like I lost ***
