The product is beautiful. It was packaged well. The only issue was delayed delivery. I don't blame the seller for this though. It was the carrier's fault because I could see it was on the truck for delivery but didn't get delivered.

I have purchased from La Fuente twice now; very happy with the products and customer service. What I am VERY unhappy about is that now that I have ordered from them online, every ad that comes up on my computer is for La Fuente!! I am SO sick of seeing the name that I may not buy from them again just to keep from being bombarded by the ads!! Bummer, love the merchandise I bought, HATE the bombastic advertising.

I really loved the salesperson over the phone. I told him that I needed the tiles overnight because concrete was being poured the next day and I wanted to put the address numbers in the concrete on the driveway. he was very helpful and went through all the address tiles until we found a set that had all of my address numbers in stock. I paid like $*** dollars on the website to have them sent priority overnight and they didn't arrive for a few days so I was not able to use them. Love the tiles and the salesperson but disappointed that I didn't get them in time to use them.

I ordered the ceramic tile numbers for my house. They arrived perfectly packed snugly in lots of bubble wrap, even prettier than website picture showed, not a single chip or crack anywhere. They arrived so promptly and exceeded my expectations so greatly that I'm even thinking of purchasing more tiles to compliment them. My small project is growing! I ordered Talavera style address number tiles to replace the hideous ones that were on the front wall of my house. . The tiles are beautiful and they were well packed. The package arrived in a timely manner, and I'm pretty tickled with the purchase in general.
