LaFuente buying online experience was fine. The shipping company Estes off-loads the delivery to a local carrier called Diamond Line here in Boise, ID. Unfortunately, they only have semi-trucks for local delivery which makes no sense to me and with the volume of snow in Boise right now, they could not deliver with their huge truck to our home. The only way to get our purchase required us to go to their warehouse 40 miles away and pick up this huge box and transport it home in our own pickup truck. This was a huge difficulty and inconvenience to us and we feel that we should receive back a portion of the shipping cost as we did the final delivery to our home ourselves. LaFuente should not pay a full delivery shipping cost and charge us when the goods were not delivered to the address as per the order in my opinion. We do like the furniture although the bar top is not solid wood and may not hold up over time. We will see.

This whole process and the products received were great. The on-line ordering was simple and precise. Confirmations were received immediately. The delivery was great as well.One thing - I would like to have received notification when the product was shipped. The carrier called me (unexpectedly) while sitting at my drive way and I was unable to receive shipment at that time. I made arrangements with the carrier to deliver the next day and it was fine.Notification when product is shipped would be nice.

Your products are fantastic and everything I was looking for. The furniture came in a very timely manner and were packed securely. This was my second large purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
