Had trouble at first getting my order through because of an incorrect billing address for my credit card. My fault. They were very patient and contacted me personally which was nice. Finally went through and I just received the beautiful ceramic masks. All is well except one of the masks has a chip out of its chin which is a bummer.

I don't have anything to complain about. I was excited to get my order and it couldn't get to me faster (without me paying extra). I think maybe you could make the boxes smaller in with some items. Other than that the product was EXCELLENT!!!!! Thank you!

Everything was excellent. Products are exactly as they are shown on website, arrived pronto, and were packaged well protected. I'll be shopping here again.

I was quite happy with everything except customer support did not get back to me very quickly after I left a message. I was asked to call them because the item I wanted was out of stock. Everything else went well. I would recommend you to others.
