Gorky Gonzalez was born in Morelia, Mexico, in 1939. He was a student of the arts, and in the early 1960s his primary interest became the resurrection of traditional Colonial Majolica, a double-glaze pottery technique made popular in Italy and favored during Spanish colonialism.

** These measurements do not include the handle. The height of the Double Sauce Dish including the handle is 4 1/4 inches, and the bowls are 1 3/4" deep.

My orders were handled nicely. I had problems with the computer with addresses and after correcting the delivery address once, did not realize the computer made the error again! So, my orders went out with wrong state & another with wrong zip code. in calling, the person at LaFuente was very helpful and changed the errors on the spot to my relief. I would order again from them.....
