Customer Reviews
I ordered some of the Mexican coconut clay masks. They arrived quickly (especially given the delays from Covid). They were packed so carefully and securely that they couldn’t have broken if they wanted to. The masks were even brighter and more colorful than I expected. Excellent customer service as well.
I have no complaints. Everything went great, especially because I had mistakenly given the wrong billing address by mistake, since I had recently moved. That was quickly worked out. When the package arrived, I was happy to see that all of the masks were in perfect condition due to all the masks being wrapped in bubble wrap. The masks were beautiful with vibrant colors. If I want another coconut mask, I will get another one from La Fuente and would most definitely recommend them to my friends.
Yes I am fully satisfied and yes I would recommend La Fuente to others.I just wish that the person that contacted me about an item out of stock would have proposed to let me know when it would be back in stock, that would be very helpful. And by the way the merchandise was beautifully packaged!
Packaging and delivery excellent. Only complaint was the small stickers of where they were from were very hard to get off, gummy glue. As they were on the faces of the masks, I didn't want them to show..
