My items purchased (turtles and sun/crescent moon) arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I placed my order online and then soon received a phone call telling me that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. I was then with her help on the phone was able to find a similar item. I wish I could recall name of gal who called me, she was wonderful! She also saved me money on shipping. Wonderful company and will definitely order from again in the future.
