I appreciate you working to get me the dishes I wanted in time for Christmas; you don't carry then on the shelf, but offered what you had in stock. When you discovered it didn't have it after all, you had a good suggestion so I could send my daughter something to open at Christmas with a note in it saying when her dishes would arrive. You are sensitive to customer needs!
