All items were very well protected and arrived just as I expected they would. The customer rep (***) I spoke with was very professional and accommodating. I love your products especially the Lupita dolls and Talavera tiles.My only other comment is I would love for the shipping charges to be lowered.

okay...really unnecessary to send fed ex but all was good.
Although the mirror I purchased is beautiful, I feel it was greatly overpriced and shipping in this little item that barely weighs anything was ridiculous. I had previously purchased several similar mirrors local that were much, much less costly and needed one more to complete the look I was looking for. I was able to complete my design plan, but at a hefty cost, so I guess I shouldn't complain. If I could have still bought it locally or even elsewhere, I would have.
