I ordered two mirrors. I was quickly contacted to inform me that the merchandise would not be available until October. I explained why I wanted them and where they would be used. Customer service sent me several links to other mirrors. There was a cost difference and they offered to substitute the mirrors with no additional charge.my order arrived promptly and the packing insured no damage. Thank you.

I ordered an extra large talavera mirror on the website. I live in Co Springs and was able to save money on my shipping charges by picking it up at the warehouse the next day. The stuff is very helpful and responsive. That part was easy. I didn't notice that for XL sizes you are buying a frame only and was taken aback when told I had to take it to a glass shop to install the mirror glass. However, it was very cheap to do, as the warehouse personnell told me, and took me only a drive to a local shop and a pick up a couple of hours later at my convenience. It looks beautiful above my fireplace and the staff is right: it's too expensive to ship glass and it'll probably break in transit, when you can do it locally cheaply and fast.
