This has been my third time ordering tile and, as always, the items are packaged properly, arrive undamaged and the beauty & high quality are unchanged.
First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.

All was great. Love the tiles. Shipping was fast and product arrived in great shape.
I had ordered 3 tiles as a sample to see how they would look with my all over tile.The order came quickly & were well packed. However, one of the tiles was broken.The tiles are beautiful & will go nicely with my main tile layout.
My order was received promptly but unfortunately half of the order was damaged. The tiled appeared to be carefully packed and the delivery box appeared undamaged. It is my opinion the box was mishandled by the delivery service. I contacted La Fuente Customer Service and provided them with a count of the damaged tiled. Upon learning that they were unable to replace all of the damaged tiles until they received another shipment in October, they agreed to refund my purchase price and did so promptly. I do not blame La Fuentes for the damaged tiles and appreciate the profession way in which they handled the situation. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
