I have ordered from Fuente on several occasions. I have always been very satisfied. This time I ordered quite a bit of decorative tile and they were out of one or two of the designs I requested. They called me immediately and informed me that it would take a little longer than usual. Then when they couldn't get one of the designs they called me again and asked me to choose another. Beautiful tiles. Shipping was high but fast. Would have preferred lower shipping cost with slower delivery but wasn't given that choice. I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.
Even though we placed a small order for about 20 Talavera tiles, we got a prompt phone call informing us that one of the tiles was out of stock and offering options. Our order was well packed and arrived quickly and without any damage.
