I really appreciate the personal touch of personally calling me on an item out of stock with 3 options. The tiles we ordered for our kitchen arrived promptly and in excellent condition. We are so glad we got our tile choice, as the style we chose is going to be discontinued. Were we ever fortunate! Our kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. If we are ever in need for more Mexican tiles, we will get them from La Fluente.
