I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

Your customer service representative April is a fantastic and very friendly worker. She made all process of buying tiles very smooth and easy, and even helped to receive a discount on some of the tiles. I received an email that tiles were delivered and left on my porch. When I checked for tiles I didn't see them on the porch and called to La Fuente to let you know that tiles are missing. Once again April was very understanding and said that she will investigate the problem and will let me know about the results in 24 hours. As I learned later the tiles were delivered to a wrong address on my street, and this was a mistake by the delivery service in Norman, and not by your company. The address on the boxes was correct and also had my phone number. So my neighbors were nice enough to let me know that they have my boxes. I immediately called April and let her know that boxes are found, and there is no need for the investigation. She was nice to advise me to open the boxes and check if there are any broken tiles and if the number of tiles was correct. The packaging of tiles was amazing. If I need decorative tiles in the future I will buy them from your company for sure, and will recommend to all my friends to buy from your store. Thank you for your excellent service.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

Customer Rep were pleasant, but the order procedure was chaotic.I have ordered particular Telavera tiles, which I chose on the computer.Customer Rep accepted order.I have sent my order with numbers and sizes.Then after a few days she stated that my favorite tiles were sold .She stated that she put them away and somebody took them from the box ???.This shows lack of professionalism. I have to substitute many tiles for " similar " ones.
