I am so pleased with La Fuente, that my husband gave me a gift certificate for La Fuente for my birthday day. I purchased 10 lbs if broken pieces. They were so inexpensive! I can't wait to start my mosaics. I was extremely satisfied with the other tiles. First of all, the tile is beautiful so no complaints about that. But I did have the following complaints:1) Shipping time - when order was placed, it showed one shipping date. Immediately after order was placed, the shipping time was moved by 2 days with no explanation provided. Then, on the day the order was supposed to arrive, it got pushed out by another day again with no explanation. Considering shipping is so expensive, this was an incredibly poor experience.2) Broken tile is just a bag of tile powder with one piece of tile. I understand it would not be full pieces, but I received a bag of tile dust! It was cheap, so not a big deal but please don't advertise that you are sending broken tile when you just fill the bag with rubble.3) Tiles need better individual wrapping. I ordered 8 tiles and 2 of them were chipped.

I am having the most fun. I bought broken tile by the lband I'm using it to fill in the spaces between the flagstone patio in my small backyard. The odd shaped flagstones had soil separation with larger and smaller gaps. It is now a work of art because I sorted the tile shapes to fit the gaps so that the patio is a blaze of color and artistic mosaic. Plenty more to do but coming along

This order was my third order this year. The quality of the items is outstanding and never disappoint. I ordered *** of broken tile to make a mosaic. When the delivery man arrived a friend asked if he was delivering a box of broken tile. The delivery man had a shocked look on his face and asked my friend if he knew the lady he was delivering the order to. My friend said yes, why? Apparently someone caused him to slam on the brakes and my box of broken tile hit the floor. My box was the only one that sounded like broken glass when he picked it up. He thought he had damaged the order until my friend told him the tile was broken when it was shipped.

Happy with the service etc, however one of the items I ordered was 10lbs of broken tile. Most of that was green (I know I can't be picky about that but) but the disappointing thing was a lot of the tiles were not broken, just small, like 2" x 2" so I had to break those up myself.

I found LaFuente online as I was looking for a large planter and their info came up on a google search. The pictures online of the beautiful tile products enticed me to go to the site. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I sent a bag of (intentionally) broken tile to my sister who makes jewelry. I guess LaFuente sells left over broken pieces of tile for this kind of thing. She said it was gorgeous. Service was fast and the website easy to navigate.

I ordered the broken Talavera tile. There were a great many of the same 1 x 1 tiles and I expected a nice mix of types. I also believe that your advertised coverage is much higher than will actually be covered by these tiles.

I was very pleased with the quality of the tiles, they are beautiful. However I ordered a mix of solid colors as well as prints and there very few solid color tiles in the order. I guess next time I will have to order them separately. But I am still very pleased with them! (wish the shipping was a bit cheaper though..:))

I ordered assorted tiles and was afraid there would be too much plain color mixed in, but it was just a very small amount. All the colors and patterns are beautiful. A few of the tiles had some clear tape stuck to them. I used a razor blade scraper to remove it, but there was some glue residue left on the tile. Nail polish remover worked, and peanut better worked even better!
