Shipping & Delivery
La Fuente Imports is committed to the safe and timely delivery of your merchandise. Please refer to the following information regarding our shipping and delivery procedures.
Furniture orders are shipped via motor freight (LTL) and FedEx Ground Service from warehousing points around the country. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within ten business days of your order. Special orders and custom orders may require an additional 2-6 weeks to ship. If an item you ordered is Special Order or out of stock, you will be notified of the backorder time before processing your order.
Most areas of the U.S. are serviced within one week of the ship date. International transit times should be discussed with a customer service representative.
Web site prices do not include shipping charges. To determine your shipping charge, add the items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart. Shipping fees are most affordable if everything in your order originates from the same warehouse. The shopping cart will inform you if items in your cart originate from more than one warehouse. After placing a furniture order you will receive a series of Emails containing information specific to your order. It is important that you read all Emails received from La Fuente Imports so that you know what to expect regarding your furniture delivery.
We use extreme care when packing our furniture for shipment to you. In the event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and call us at 1.888.622.0939.
Standard Furniture Delivery
Standard Furniture Delivery includes service to your curb or driveway between 9AM and 5PM, Monday-Friday. Standard Furniture Delivery does not include delivery inside your home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends or holidays. You will be notified in advance of the delivery date and time. To avoid a re-delivery fee, you must be home during your scheduled delivery window. Most furniture orders are delivered by a tractor-trailer style truck. These trucks range in size and cannot always pull into residential driveways, dead-end streets or roadways with limited access. For practical purposes please allow some flexibility with the delivery point.

White Glove Furniture Delivery
In most cases, La Fuente Imports can arrange white glove (in-home) delivery of your furniture for an extra fee. White Glove Furniture Delivery includes unloading and unpacking your furniture, bringing it inside, placing the furniture where you want, full assembly, and removal of the packaging materials. Some restrictions, however, still apply. Please observe the following details regarding White Glove Furniture Delivery:
Delivery Times: White Glove Delivery is available in 3-hour time slots between 8AM and 5PM, Monday-Friday. You will be contacted by the delivery company at least one day in advance to arrange a time and date that best fits your schedule. To avoid a re-delivery fee, you must be home during your scheduled delivery window. Please contact us if you require delivery at a specific time, delivery before or after regular business hours, or delivery on a weekend or holiday. These services are generally available for an extra fee.
Staircases: White Glove Delivery includes moving your furniture up or down two (2) flights of stairs. This includes outdoor stairs before the entrance of your home, if excessive. Please contact us if you require your furniture to be carried up or down more than two flights of stairs.
Measurements: White Glove Delivery includes placement of your furniture in the location(s) you choose, but only if your furniture will actually fit! Occasionally items can be too large to move where you want; for example down narrow hallways or spiraling stairs. Please take measurements before your order ships to ensure that all your furniture will comfortably fit where you choose. If furniture is too large to be placed where you want and needs to be returned, all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Non-furniture orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service from Colorado Springs, CO, unless noted otherwise. Most items are kept in stock and shipped within two business days of your order, and most of the U.S. is serviced within four business days of the ship date. International transit times should be discussed with a customer service representative. Special orders and custom orders may require an additional 2-6 weeks to ship. One-of- a-kind items are subject to prior sale. We will inform you by phone or email if an item you have ordered is no longer available or is on backorder.
Web site prices do not include FedEx Ground shipping charges, however these charges are calculated automatically by the shopping cart. To determine your shipping charge, add the items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. Expedited (Air) Shipping is also generally available, and can be selected in the cart. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart.
