The hat was in excellent shape. Just as listed on their website. Despite the reviews I took my chances ordering from here and I'm so happy I did. Nothing wss broken or out of place. I totally love my sombrero hat and look forward to ordering from here again. Also it csmed FedEx and within 3 to 4 days. Worked out perfectly. I thank you
