All joints are mortise and tenon, and all day bed frames are finished in a high-quality lacquer to protect and enhance the beauty of the logs.

Materials
The Pine Log Collection is constructed from US-sourced knotty pine lumber and solid pine logs up to 6 inches thick. These woods produce striking, impressive furniture. Every log is hand-selected to have just the right diameter and character. The logs are then mortised, tenoned, screwed and glued together for superior craftsmanship. All logs and most rounded edges are then textured by hand with a draw knife. After staining, the pieces are finished with a high-quality poly lacquer to further protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

- Finished with moisture resistant catalyzed lacquer.
- Both trundle bed options are on rollers and slide beneath the day bed when not in use.
