What are your hours of operation?
La Fuente Imports is available by telephone to provide customer support for on-line customers from 9am to 6pm (MST) Monday thru Friday.
What are the delivery costs for furniture?
To determine your shipping charge, simply add the items that interest you to your shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code. You are under no obligation to purchase items added to your cart. Most furniture orders contain oversized items that are too large to ship via FedEx or UPS Ground Service, and must ship via motor freight instead. For this reason, furniture delivery fees are most affordable if all the items in your order originate from the same warehouse. The shopping cart will inform you if items in your cart originate from more than one warehouse. Your shipping charge may also be lower if delivery is to a commercial location instead of a home, and shipping charges will often go down as your order size goes up. Therefore, whenever possible you should order all the items that you need at one time. If your shipping charge is not automatically calculated by the shopping cart when you enter your delivery zip code, for example if you live in a new development or request delivery to Canada, please proceed with the checkout process and La Fuente will contact you for approval of the shipping charge before charging your credit card. How do I order online?
We strive to make it as simple as possible for customers to order online. To begin, go to any product photo that interests you and click the "Add to Cart" button. Continue to add items to your cart until you have finished shopping. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping cart and follow the prompts until all required information has been provided and your order is complete. What should I expect to happen when I place an order online?
Once your online order has been submitted you will receive confirmation via E-mail acknowledging receipt of the order. Non-furniture purchases will be processed within 48 hours and shipped by UPS or FedEx for delivery to most areas of the U.S. within 7 business days. Furniture orders should be delivered within 21 days via the most cost-effective method. For more information of ordering please refer to our section on Ordering Conditions.
Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Our site is designed for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. Some browsers (including Internet Explorer 3.0, Netscape Navigator 3.0, AOL 3.0, and WebTV) may experience technical difficulties with online ordering. We recommend downloading Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, or Firefox 2.0 or later to fully experience our site.

Can items be shipped internationally?

Are gift-wrapping and gift cards available for products I buy online?
We do not presently offer gift-wrapping for online purchases, however we are happy to include a gift card.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. A La Fuente Imports gift certificate is the perfect present for friends or family! Multiple denominations are available and you simply provide the recipient's delivery address during checkout. We will mail them a professional gift certificate and a note from you, which you can include in the checkout comments.
