I bought Christmas tin ornaments. They were prettier in person than in the picture! And they were shipped individually wrapped in a very nice cellophane bag with a bow, which I thought was a very nice touch. It shows that La Fuente Imports cares about customer satisfaction in every detail.

I have made two separate purchases. The house # tiles are gorgeous and a big planter and Christmas ornaments are already favorites. My first order was backordered and a customer service phone call was made to me. Items were delivered when promised. For my second purchase I questioned shipping charges. Two emails from customer service were done quickly and efficiently. Order again was delivered when promised. Great products, grest customer service!!!

Really easy ordering and the decorations were shipped right away and received easily a week and a half before our event. The decorations are beautiful and painted on both sides. Even called me about a decoration that was out of stock and whether I wanted to change the order so there was no delay in delivery.
