Upon ordering online at approximately 11:00pm, I was delighted to receive a phone call from Randal explaining one piece was back ordered, he offered me a couple of great options making it easy for me to decide. He also gave me details on what to expect for a delivery time frame and what I should do when it arrives. The delivery service contacted me exactly in the time frame Randal described to set an arrival date and even contacted us as they drove closer to the house. Each piece of the furniture was impressively wrapped and packed and once we opened to inspect, the furniture was flawless and the quality was more than superior!
