I ordered 180 4" tiles. I am so pleased and had absolutely no problems from placing my order to receiving it. Not one tile arrived broken. Plus, the shipping was swift!! This is now my "go to" tile destination.
I searched high and low (Mexican sites and US sites) for just the right pattern at just the right price. I FINALLY found it at La Fuente. Based on the reviews, I decided to place my order. They shipped so quickly, they were packed with such care (not a single broken tile, from what I can tell), and their communication was spot on. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I am so pleased with my Talevera tile order! It was shipped quickly and each tile was wrapped carefully to avoid any breakage. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. You were out of a couple of tiles that I liked. The best thing was that everything was well wrapped and nothing was broken. I would recommend you to others.
I ordered samples, which arrived quickly. Then Iplaced a larger order for my project. I was impressed that I received a quick call after I placed my order to tell me that not all of it was available. After quickly adjusting my order, the product was packed and shipped shortly, after they checked with me once again that I was getting multiple lots with some color variation. FedEx did not do a good job with the shipment, as the boxes arrived dented and beat-up looking. But, due to the excellent packing job LaFuente did, only a few tiles had been broken. Overall, I am very satisfied with their efforts for my order.

I think the tiles are beautiful however when mine came in the mail 1 of 6 was chipped and damage.
It was a quick turn around from order to shipment to delivery. However, the shipping cost was high. I am concerned of the shipping cost if indeed we go with one of the ordered samples for the kitchen's back splash.***
Tiles are colors and design are exactly as pictured. Very vivid and beautiful. But the 4x4 tiles I purchased where actually 4.5x4.5.
The tile I ordered from La Fuente was well priced, attractive, and everything came in one piece. The tiles was packed and sent out quickly, but FedEx was terrible about delivering it. It took three times, even though I was waiting for the order when they said they came by. Not La Fuente's fault, but I would consider upgrading to UPS if I were to order in the future.
