Featuring an exclusive skip-peel texture - meaning a little bit of the bark is intentionally left on the log - our Half-Log Benches come with a pronounced natural character. Each log is individually chosen for its size and attributes, all joints are mortise and tenon, and all Half-Log Benches are finished in a high-quality lacquer to protect the beauty of the skip-peeled logs.

The Pine Log Collection is constructed from US-sourced knotty pine lumber and solid pine logs up to 6 inches thick. These woods produce striking, impressive furniture. Every log is hand-selected to have just the right diameter and character. The logs are then mortised, tenoned, screwed and glued together for superior craftsmanship. All logs and most rounded edges are then textured by hand with a draw knife. After staining, the pieces are finished with a high-quality poly lacquer to further protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.
