Every individual chile is molded, glazed and fired at high temp, then arranged on jute twine into the unmistakable shape of strung chili peppers. I would definitely recommend La Fuente Imports.I was very satisfied with the product I bought (a ceramic Ristra). It was beautifully made and it arrived very promptly.I was recently in Santa Fe, where I bought a ceramic Ristra. I knew I would regret not buying several more to give as gifts when I got home! Literally, on the plane ride home, I researched where to buy several more. I ordered 3 more and they arrived within 4 days of my return home. My daughters were the very happy recipients!
