Each sturdy sombrero is covered in soft black felt, then brightly decorated with shiny silver sequins and accents. An adjustable chin strap is included to hold your sombrero in place. Customer service was good. The item arrived in a timely manner. I do not like the product! Quality below my expectations. ie. horseshoes do not line up with the front of the hat. Hat a few sizes too small. Not happy with the product.
