I have been trying to contact them after a order I made arrived incorrectly. I’ve been trying for two weeks to call and email and got nothing back. Today I tried again calling the person in charge of my order. Mail box full. Then I called every extension they offer of people who can help. All 6 plus 1 more being the receptionist and ALL the mail boxes were full. I understand that we are in a pandemic but really? Nobody can return calls or emails from home? I never do this. I hate it when people leave negative reviews when they are angry but this is ridiculous. I’d give up but the item they need to send me goes with two of the items they sent me. They are address numbers. Get it together people.

Our only problem has been finding a frame, as they are house numbers and can only fit vertically on our home, yet most frames we have found have been for horizontal house numbers. :( So, our search continues! This is a very good condiment that I cannot replicate and is unavailable except through this supplier. Thus the level of rating is affected by what appears to be good but excessive shipping supplies which raise the cost of shipping but do not add appreciably to the value of the product.
