Excellent experience. Within an hour or two of placing my online order associate *** emailed to explain it was out of stock. She offered me options: wait, cancel, or choose from two other similar items (photos, descriptions & prices were given). I chose a replacement and *** processed the order immediately. My beautiful Talavera Wall Sun arrived a few days later, packed with utmost care, and is now hanging in a place of singular prominence on my patio wall.
