Using an intensive construction process of parquetry, every piece is made with a geometric mosaic of alternating pine and genuine mesquite accent planks. Both the mesquite and pine wood used in the construction of this furniture collection has been reclaimed from abandoned haciendas and other aged structures from Mexico's interior. The woods are graded, milled, fumigated and kiln-dried prior to construction. Using only reclaimed wood reduces pressure on new forest resources and promotes a sustainable usage cycle.
