Very professional customer service representatives. Went the extra mile by providing an up-to-date list of “Day of the Dead†2â€x2†tiles available.
The warehouse/shipping crew pulled the order very fast and packed the tiles so as nothing would be damaged while being transported.
They deserve all five [5] stars. I highly recommend La Fuente.
Communication was great. They let me aware some of the tile was not available and my order would be delayed. I asked if they would pick out similar tiles to get my order earlier and they did. The tiles came earlier than expected and I love the replacements they picked.
The tiles came quickly and were well packed. Not a single one broke.
My order came quickly. Everything is so beautiful. Well packaged. Great prices and craftsmanship!
I was shopping Talavera tile and noticed that you have discontinued the pattern 'Papantia.' Will that pattern be coming back? Are you completely out of stock in that pattern? Thank you.

I bought an assortment of tiles and two Oaxacan carvings. All were very carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very quick and I knew exactly when the packages would arrive. I highly recommend La Fuente Imports.
I was excited to find your website, and impressed with the variety of tiles and other products. I was looking for something out of the ordinary to put on my patio as accent pieces to the new colored concrete. The Day of the Dead tiles were perfect for my Southwest theme. The quality and color surpassed my expectation. I have other projects coming up and I will be coming back to your website for more products. Your company is impressive and oh by the way I loved the speedy delivery. Thank you. I rarely give five stars and if I could give you more I would, outstanding!

Very good customer service. There were a couple of items out of stock and a representative called me to either help me select some comparable tiles or give me the option to wait until the tiles came in. I chose to select different tiles and they are beautiful.

Quick and easy checkout. Easy to decide and compare which tiles look good together.
The tiles we ordered for our kitchen arrived promptly and in excellent condition. We are so glad we got our tile choice, as the style we chose is going to be discontinued. Were we ever fortunate! Our kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. If we are ever in need for more Mexican tiles, we will get them from La Fluente.
