We just purchased 90 tiles from you (9 of 10 different styles). You packaged them in such a way that not one tile was damaged in the least. Amazing! Each tile was packaged with sturdy cardboard between it and the next one, and all 90 were packed into a box, which sat inside another box with 3-sided foam corners and newspaper. And the box was delivered in 2 days. Wow, just wow! We also sincerely appreciated the immediate replies to our queries. It has been a sincere pleasure dealing with your store.
Ordered 16 individual ceramic tiles for a project. They have a great selection. Shipped quickly and all 16 arrived in mint condition. Couldn't be happier!!
Communication was great. They let me aware some of the tile was not available and my order would be delayed. I asked if they would pick out similar tiles to get my order earlier and they did. The tiles came earlier than expected and I love the replacements they picked.
I purchased 10 lbs if broken pieces. They were so inexpensive! I can't wait to start my mosaics. I was extremely satisfied with the other tiles. They arrived quickly and wrapped very well (by hand) none cracked. I absolutely love the Day of the Dead tile series. They make my work so unique. First class company.
It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

Looking for tile for a collage of different tiles for my kitchen backsplash. Good selection, but was disappointed with shipping . Only ordered 2 tiles and the shipping cost more than the tiles. It was cheaper to order and ship them separately. I think a review of shipping policy should be done and your minimum order for free shipping should be better publicized instead of hidden.
