Great shopping experience! There was a wide selection of beautiful products and website was very easy to navigate. After I placed my order, I was notified promptly that an item was out of stock and asked if I wanted to substitute something else or wait for next shipment. I chose to purchase a different item which was all handled via email. My order was shipped very quickly and arrived within a couple days. Everything was packaged very well. I was looking for a specific item to be a thank you gift for one of my events. Out of any online retailer La Fuente Imports carried the largest supply of the item that I was looking for. I had read a couple reviews which made me a bit hesitant but decided to give it a go. I called customer service and the gentleman whom I spoke to helped me tremendously! I was concerned with the delivery time and packing for my order, as I live outside of the states (Canada). I was reassured that my order would come on time, was given a reasonable shipping price and was confident the items would be packaged with care. The person who helped me was very professional and patient with me as we went over every detail and item for my bulk order.
